Larry Helfman

Larry Helfman is a Senior Counsel at Eanet, PC, who has extensive experience in all aspects of California labor and employment matters.  He is frequently called upon to serve as lead counsel in complex litigation in California state and federal court, and before administrative agencies.    He is known for his successful handling of actions involving individual and class wage and hour claims, PAGA claims, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower claims and related matters. 

Larry also regularly provides advice and consultation to California employers in a wide variety of employment matters.  His clients have included aerospace manufacturers, auto manufacturers, physicians and medical facilities, commercial real estate developers, landlords and tenants, brokers, banks and other financial institutions, escrow companies, construction companies, shipping and distributing companies, technology companies, retail franchises and establishments and various service providers.  

Mr. Helfman has also been recognized for his work as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternative Dispute Program, and has been a lecturer for Lorman Education Services.
